Recently, I discovered that my school’s library has a collection of old and interesting cookbooks and instructional books from when we had home economics at this school. The second that I saw this, I knew that I had hit the goldmine. I know what you’re thinking, “Andie, WHY are you so obsessed with a dusty pile of outdated books?” Let me tell you, these books are a time capsule- they let you see the view of all things food in the era that they were written. I love how these books take me back to a simpler time that I have never experienced.
